We provide Toddler Program with a curriculum based on Dr. Maria Montessori’s work and observation of the child. This program is designed to address the developmental needs of children starting at two years of age. With a Montessori approach to teaching, we allow each child to gain knowledge by observing the environment and the people around them though sensorial exploration of taste, touch, sight, smell, and sound.
Our Montessori Toddler Program believes on the importance of hands on learning because the hands are an extension of the brain development. Through interaction with the environment, language experiences, and hand-eye-brain coordination, toddlers start to develop abstract thoughts which help them progress their learning. It is vital for the children’s development to be exposed to language early on through body language, gestures, the sound of the human voice, and facial expressions.
